I feel for you, brother. During the first year of the pandemic I turned 60 years old and was in the best health of my adult life (finally!) and within 4 months my heart and kidneys were in failure-mode. Three years later I’m retired on disability and am fortunate enough to have health insurance through my wife who is still working. Next week I have surgery scheduled for a cancerous nose and next month they’ll repair a hernia.
I’m certainly not trying to one-up you, I’m just commiserating. Please know that I’m holding you and your loved ones in the Light as you find your way back to wellness.
Totally allowed to be mad at your body right now. This is super shitty, and I’m sorry you are having to deal with it. May all internal organs find their equilibrium soon and may you have some peace and compassionate care in the meantime.
